Preschool Readiness
It's exciting and scary at the same time both for children and parents. To help the transition to preschool go smoothly:
- Invite a friend or two over to play.
-
Begin to follow a regular bedtime routine.
-
Introduce new and various foods, encouraging at least one bite.
-
Attend Vacation Bible School at a local church.
-
Visit the local library and participate in Storytime or the Summer Reading Program.
-
Talk about things that might be new at school.
